Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. As a vital member of our workforce, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure that all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures and gas piping systems in accordance with construction plans and schematics.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools and pipe threading equipment to assemble and install plumbing components effectively.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, safety regulations, and mechanical standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems to prevent failures and extend system lifespan.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites or during maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality service while maintaining excellent customer relations.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times during field service activities to promote a safe working environment.

Experience
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial settings.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately.
- Must have experience with remodel plumbing for bathrooms and whole homes.
- Knowledge of plumbing building codes, local building codes, safety regulations, and mechanical standards.
- Experience working with construction site teams on large-scale projects or maintenance operations.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in complex installations or repairs.
- Prior handyman experience or involvement in remodeling projects is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Prior drain cleaning and sewer repair experience.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
