Not required, but will prioritize applicants with any of the following experience:
- Demonstrated negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities
- Experience or familiarity with marketing techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing real estate transactions and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and residential real estate transactions preferred but not required—training provided
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and sales technology platforms necessary for daily operations
- Passion for practicing real estate, managing real estate teams, or developing expertise in property management is highly valued
