Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Bar Star, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional beverage service, engaging interactions, and a keen attention to detail.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks including beer, seltzer, wine, cocktails, and N/A beverages.
- Represent Archetype Brewing through excellent customer service by engaging with guests, talking all things beer, and ensuring satisfaction throughout a customer's visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere and assist in special events or promotions as required.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in both drink preparation and cleanliness standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a bustling bar environment.
- Previous experience in bartending or customer service is required; experience with craft beer is preferred.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
