Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities
This position gives you the chance to earn monthly bonuses based on performance. Your measurement goals include:
- Pass clean roadside inspections (or D.O.T. inspections)
- Be accident free
- Accurate delivery pictures and signatures
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist customers with taking pictures and getting signatures to complete delivery
- Log information daily of the trips and weight of load
- Clean your truck and equipment to keep in good working order
- Be aware of road conditions and traffic for safe trips
Requirements
- A valid Class-A CDL license is required
- Understand safety requirements in every stage of your day
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
- Climb in and out of a semi-tractor/trailer up to 20 times a day
- Requires full use of arms and shoulders to open the trailer curtains

Job Requirements:
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – with a clean driving record.
- Thorough understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Proven experience operating tractor-trailers or other commercial vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail for completing logs, inspections, and delivery documentation accurately.
- Excellent driving skills, including backing up, parking, and maneuvering in tight spaces.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift to 50 lbs. and climb in/out of vehicles frequently.
- Time management skills with the ability to plan routes and meet tight delivery windows.
- Professional communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Dependable and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Mechanical awareness to identify basic vehicle issues during pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Follow all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety protocols.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks; report any issues promptly.
- Secure cargo using appropriate methods to prevent damage or shifting during transport.
- Stay up to date on traffic conditions, road closures, and weather to plan safe and efficient routes.
Wage Range: 26.00 - 30.00 per hour
General Description of Benefits: Hourly wage based on experience. Monthly driver bonus program. $2500 sign on bonus.
