You will play a critical part in the food production supply chain, ensuring that raw ingredients and finished products are handled, stored, and prepared for shipment safely and efficiently.
Shift Patterns:

Monday to Friday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Must-have Requirements for Warehouse Associate:

Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 30-50 pounds.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to a 10 or 12-hour shift).

Dependable transportation to the Franklin facility.

Ability to pass standard pre-employment screenings and wear required Personal Protective Equipment.
Desirable Requirements for Warehouse Associate:

Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing environment.

Comfortable working in various temperature and noise conditions typical of a food manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
Role for Warehouse Associate:

Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished packaging products.

Accurately pick food products according to order sheets using scanning technology.

Assist with cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety guidelines.

Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
