About the Role
The Warehouse Lead will oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, material organization, and coordination of equipment and supplies to support our HVAC installation and service teams. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and personnel
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and records
- Coordinate material staging for installation and service crews
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine inventory audits and cycle counts
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
- Manage equipment, tools, and company assets
- Coordinate with purchasing and project management teams
- Train and mentor warehouse staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- HVAC, construction, or mechanical industry experience is a plus
- Strong computer and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
