Job Title: Auto Offer RN – Med/Surg

Weekly Pay: 48 hours: $3157
Weekly Pay: 36 hours: $2377

· Duration: 8 Weeks
· Shift: Days
· Schedule: 3 shifts/week, 36 hours/week
Key Requirements
· Active California RN License
· BLS (AHA) required
· ACLS (AHA or ARC) required
- Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years is mandatory
- · Must have used both EMR systems as an employee or on a completed travel contract.
- · Each employment entry on the resume must specify:
- · The charting system used.
- · Dates for each EMR if multiple systems were used during the same job.
- No RTO (Requested Time Off) permitted.
- Start date is non-negotiable.
Preferred Qualifications
· BSN
· Acute care hospital experience
Candidate Screening Checklist
A candidate should have:
- ✅ Active CA RN license
- ✅ BLS
- ✅ ACLS
- ✅ Recent Med/Surg acute care experience
- ✅ Recent Epic experience (within 5 years)
- ✅ Recent Cerner experience (within 5 years)

- ✅ Availability for the full assignment with no RTO
This is an Epic conversion/backfill assignment, so recent hands-on experience with both Epic and Cerner is the primary screening requirement. The position is Auto Offer, meaning qualified candidates who meet all requirements can move through the hiring process quickly.
