Description & Details: The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the Engine’s marketing strategy and audience engagement efforts through campaign management, event oversight, digital marketing, and brand growth initiatives that expand visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support organizational objectives.
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
Develop annual marketing strategy
Build integrated marketing campaigns
Manage campaign calendars
Develop audience growth strategies
Support recruitment and partner engagement campaigns
Manage brand positioning
Event Planning & Oversight:
Lead planning and execution of Engine events
Manage conference participation and trade shows
Coordinate event vendors and logistics
Oversee sponsorship activation
Develop event marketing plans
Track event KPIs and engagement metrics
Digital Marketing & Brand Management:
Oversee website strategy and optimization
Manage email marketing campaigns
Coordinate paid and organic digital campaigns
Ensure brand consistency across platforms
Develop marketing collateral and promotional assets
Analytics & Growth:
Montior marketing performance metrics
Analyze audience engagement trends
Generate marketing performance reports
Recommend optimization strategies
Hiring Range: $85,000-110,000 + DOE
Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and/or certification and other business considerations.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or marketing.
Preferred Qualifications: Social media content creation and management, Podcast production, and public policy communications. Working proficiency in Premier Pro, Canva and HubSpot.
Core Competencies: Must have completed a 6-month internship in agriculture communications; agriculture technology communications internship preferred.
