As a leader in residential water treatment, we are expanding our sales team and seeking experienced in-home sales professionals who excel at building rapport, educating customers, and closing sales during the initial consultation.
Position Overview
We are seeking highly motivated Water Specialists to conduct in-home water quality evaluations and provide customized water treatment solutions for homeowners.
As a Water Specialist, you will meet directly with homeowners, perform water quality testing, educate customers on their results, and recommend the appropriate filtration solution based on their needs.
This is a true one-call-close sales environment with exceptional earning potential for experienced professionals who are confident presenting solutions and closing business in the home.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home water quality evaluations
- Perform water testing and explain results to homeowners
- Educate customers on water quality concerns and available solutions
- Present customized whole-home water filtration and drinking water systems
- Build trust and rapport with homeowners
- Complete all required sales documentation and financing applications
- Close sales during the initial appointment
- Generate referrals and additional business opportunities
- Maintain a professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Lead Sources
Water Specialists are responsible for developing and growing their own book of business while leveraging company-supported opportunities.
Lead opportunities may come from:
- Referrals from your existing customer base
- Referrals generated from satisfied Nuvia Water customers
- Personal networking and relationship-building efforts
- Repeat customers and customer referral programs
- Home Depot retail-generated appointments (where available)
- Company-generated marketing opportunities
Our most successful Water Specialists consistently generate a significant portion of their business through referrals, repeat customers, and personal relationships. Building a strong referral network creates long-term income opportunities and helps establish a sustainable sales pipeline.
Compensation: Commission Only

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience preferred
