Job Description:
NEPA CLEANING PROS is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Full-Time House Cleaner. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to a variety of residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including:
- Dusting and polishing furniture
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers/tubs)
- Cleaning kitchens (counters, appliances, floors)
- Window cleaning (interior)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety and health regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in professional house cleaning required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is required
- Background check is required
- You will be required to become ISSA certified to complete training
