About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Precision Machinist to join our production floor and help drive the creation of high-tolerance components. You will leverage your technical expertise in manual machining to transform raw materials into finished parts that meet rigorous quality benchmarks, directly impacting our operational output.
Responsibilities-
Configure and manage manual lathes, vertical mills, and grinding equipment to execute precise machining operations.

Analyze complex technical blueprints and engineering specifications to ensure accurate part fabrication.

Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measurement tools to verify component integrity.

Perform preventative maintenance on shop equipment to maximize machine uptime and reliability.

Partner with the production team to identify and resolve technical challenges during the manufacturing process.

Uphold a safe and orderly work environment by strictly adhering to industrial safety protocols.

Maintain detailed production logs to ensure traceability and process consistency.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated proficiency in operating manual machining equipment including lathes and mills.

Strong grasp of fundamental machining principles and shop math.

Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Commitment to safety standards and quality control procedures.

Technical degree or vocational certification in Machining or Tool & Die.

Experience with manual grinding operations.
