Translate work orders, prints, and specifications into precise machine setups and production runs.

Operate industrial sewing machines, RF fabric welders, grommet machines, and other production assets to produce accurate, high-quality parts.

Prepare and verify materials using tape measures, chalk lines, rulers, squares, scissors, marking pencils, and hand tools.

Inspect machines, complete routine maintenance, and fine-tune settings for consistency and throughput.

Load and feed materials manually or via automated systems; monitor quality in real time.

Track quantities, defects, and errors with exactness to support production metrics.

Stage and move materials/finished goods with jack trucks, hand carts, and push carts.

Partner with teammates to achieve department and company goals while keeping the workspace safe and orderly.

Follow all safety policies and environmental/OSHA requirements.

High school diploma or GED preferred.
-
1+ year in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.

Aptitude for learning industrial equipment and product specifications.

Rapid learner with a quality-first mindset and strong attention to detail.

Comfortable following detailed instructions and production schedules.

Understands (or can quickly learn) OSHA and environmental practices.

Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to read and interpret work orders, specifications, engineering drawings, and bills of materials.

Proficient with shop math—fractions, percentages, ratios, and measuring.

Analytical problem-solving ability.

Understands written, verbal, diagram, and schedule-based directions.

Collaborative team player.
