JOB The Lake Forest Recreation Department is seeking an outgoing, friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team at the Fitness Center Front Desk.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES In this role, Front Desk employees serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, assisting with fitness center memberships, personal training packages, group exercise class registrations, and general questions about facility programs and services. Customer interactions will take place in person, over the phone, and through email.
