Position: Family Services Coordinator

Salary: Starting at $35.00/Hour & Depending on Experience

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES:
1.Support the formation and coordinator of Parent Center Committees (PCC) & socializations.
2.Supervision of Family Services Specialist, Training & Development including providing technical support.
3.Conducts on-site meetings with FSS.
4.Developing family partnership agreements and family action plans. Providing resources and referrals for families.
5.Provides ongoing information to Children Services Manager on identified staff training needs.
6.Maintains a caseload of families as designed by the needs of the Children Services Managers.
7.Parent, Family and Community Engagement by providing support to the formation & coordination of the Parent CenterCommittees (PCC). Supports, coordinates and implements PCC Officer Training for each site.
8.Develop strategies that support PFCE goals towards family self-sufficiency.
9.Assists with the development, implementation & meeting the monitoring system requirements to ensure compliance withHead Start/Early Head Start Performance Standards from other funding sources & Izzi (IHSD, Inc.) Policies.
10.Partners with Children Services Managers to ensure integration of delivery of services.
11.Provide support to site start in order to foster a team-based approach to working with families.
12.Represent Izzi in community collaborations as deemed appropriate by supervisor.
