We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for general repairs and upkeep of the property. Overall job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Complete janitorial duties of public areas and property premises
- Service pool & spa
- Repairs and maintains any times on maintenance log or requests by manager
- Maintain all fixtures and equipment according to preventative maintenance schedule completing 4 rooms per week and all public areas
- Before leaving, final check of property inside and out
- Available for needed repairs during emergency situations
- Inventory of Storage Areas
- Being part of a team to maintain high guest service scores
- Have a thorough knowledge of all emergency procedures
- Perform other duties as requested by Supervisor or Manager
Must have strong mechanical background, good time management skills, and be will organized.
