Position Overview
We’re looking for driven Solar Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners, educate them on the benefits of going solar, and guide them through the process of switching to renewable energy. This is a direct-to-home position where you can choose your territory, enjoy a flexible schedule, and take control of your earning potential. With hands-on training and advanced resources, we set you up for success from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand homeowners’ energy needs.
- Deliver tailored solar proposals, address questions, and close deals to meet sales goals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project completion and satisfied customers.
- Stay current on solar products, industry updates, and regulations to clearly communicate value to homeowners.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
- Self-driven with a genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members.
- Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales goals is a plus.

- Competitive commission structure with no earning cap.
- Average first-year earnings: $100,000-$150,000. Top performers earn $250,000–$300,000.
