Lead Maintenance Technician for Apartment
LEAD MAINTENANCE - MUST BE HVAC CERTIFIED
Job Requirements
Position requires a minimum of 3 years of recent apartment experience.
You are responsible for safety and maintance of the property. Demonstrate ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and initiate appropriate course of action. Effectively convey ideas, and goals
Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.
Proficient in Fair Housing laws. Competence in personal computer skills. Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations. Participate in training in order to comply with new or existing laws. You must be HVAC certified.
Be able to work evenings and weekends if required
Present self in a neat, clean and professional manner at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community.
You must provide your own tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
