Your Role:
-
Coordinate preparation of designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for projects

Manage the interface between staff, consultants, clients, and any other third parties
-
Administrative functions such as: proposals, presentations, and consultant agreements
-
Maintain technical quality, code compliance, and design control
-
Interpret design concepts by collaborating with project team and translating into workable plans
Qualifications:
-
Registered Architect
-
LEED Certification is a plus
-
10+ years of work experience with large scale projects
-
Revit Software proficiency
