About the Role — Nurse Manager
We're looking for a compassionate, experienced Nurse Manager to join our team and help lead the kind of care our residents deserve. In this role, you'll be a guiding presence for your staff — someone who leads with both clinical expertise and genuine heart.
What You'll Do
● Lead and support our care team — from hiring and onboarding to ongoing coaching and performance development
● Collaborate with healthcare providers to create and implement individualized care plans for each resident
● Ensure we're always meeting (and exceeding) healthcare regulations and standards
● Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and transitions with care and attention
● Partner with other healthcare professionals to deliver truly comprehensive, person-centered care
● Maintain accurate, thorough resident records
● Be a steady, responsive resource for both residents, staff and families when concerns arise
What We're Looking For
● Valid RN license in the state of practice
● A proven background in nursing leadership — you know how to inspire a team
● Experience in Memory Care settings s
● Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
● Warm, clear communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
● The ability to stay grounded and thoughtful, even in a fast-moving environment
