- Map business requirements and determine integration needs.
- Craft and develop architectural plans for ServiceNow solutions
- Build and maintain technical documentation.
- Define and manage CMDB architecture, data model, and CI lifecycle (Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations).
- Lead implementation of ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
- Architect and implement SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) for demand intake, prioritization, and value tracking.
- Integrate and enable Now Assist (GenAI) capabilities across ServiceNow workflows.
- Establish platform governance, data quality standards, and AI/automation guardrails.
- Design and implement integrations with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise systems.

- Hands-on experience with CMDB design, governance, and data quality management.
- Experience implementing ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
- Experience with SPM (Demand Management, Portfolio Planning, Financial tracking).
- Experience enabling or supporting Now Assist / AI capabilities within ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations (REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server).
- Required Certifications: Certified System Administrator, Certified Application developer
- Preferred Certifications: CIS – Data Foundations (CMDB & CSDM), Discovery; Service Mapping; Event Management, ITSM, SPM
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Strong test writing skills.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow platform and modules.
- Advanced JavaScript development and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with AI governance and automation capabilities within ServiceNow (e.g., Now Assist).
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
- Experience working in federal environments with security and compliance requirements.
- Ability to align platform capabilities to business outcomes and mission needs.
