We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician. This multi-functional role combines apartment quality inspections and general maintenance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of working independently in the field to ensure our rooms are guest-ready and meet brand standards.
Responsibilities:
· Perform timely maintenance on all required properties, ensuring they are move-in condition
· Public spaces cleaning and maintenance functions including carpet cleaning and painting of doors and baseboards
· Makes inspection tours to ensure that properties are properly maintained
· Assist with office projects requiring craftsmanship skill set
· Communicate with property management for timely maintenance and repairs
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
- Prior experience in apartment maintenance, furniture delivery/setup, or hospitality operations preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs.) and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a small team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
