Service Dispatcher / Service Coordinator

We are a growing HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service company looking for a highly organized and motivated Service Dispatcher to help coordinate our field technicians and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls throughout the day
- Coordinate technician routes to maximize efficiency and response times
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and service updates
- Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules when needed
- Enter and maintain job details in dispatching software
- Work closely with service technicians and management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide professional and friendly customer service over the phone
Qualifications
- Previous dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience preferred
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industry is a plus
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling software
