We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, machinery, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
- Repair or replace defective components, bearings, motors, belts, pumps, conveyors, and other equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment failures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
