Veterinary Assistant / Client Service Representative
Gerber Small Animal Hospital – Niagara Falls, NY
Full-Time | $16.00–$19.00 per hour (based on experience) | Veterinary Experience Preferred, but We Will Train the Right Person
At Gerber Small Animal Hospital, we believe exceptional veterinary care starts with exceptional people.
We are a privately owned, woman-owned small animal veterinary practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality medicine while building lasting relationships with our clients and their pets.
As a small, close-knit team, every employee plays an important role in our success. Here, your positive attitude, compassion, and dedication won't go unnoticed—they'll make a meaningful difference to our patients, our clients, and the people you work alongside every day.
This is a cross-trained position. Depending on the daily schedule and the needs of the hospital, you'll spend some shifts serving as our Client Service Representative at the front desk and other shifts working alongside our veterinarian and Licensed Veterinary Technicians as a Veterinary Assistant. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and building lasting relationships with both people and pets, you'll feel right at home.
If you're looking for a practice where your contributions are valued, your voice is heard, and your work truly matters, we'd love to meet you.

As a small practice, every team member has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Whether you're welcoming a nervous client, assisting with patient care, or helping your teammates through a busy day, your work directly contributes to the experience our clients and patients receive.
We're looking for someone who wants more than just a job. We want someone who wants to become part of a team that values kindness, dependability, continuous learning, and treating every patient and client like family.
If you're looking for a workplace where you'll be respected, supported, encouraged to grow, and empowered to make a difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.
