Our school is seeking a Lead Jr. Pre K Teacher (3 years old) to coordinate and assist with the day-to-day operations of our classroom. The Lead Jr. Pre K Teacher will create lesson plans and daily activities for the children, help with lesson planning and implementation, and troubleshoot any problems. This position requires excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask; the successful candidate will be highly organized, reliable and energetic.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a lesson plan for the day.
- Teach students by explaining concepts and answering questions.
- Supervise students during field trips and in other extracurricular activities.
- Create an environment that motivates the student to learn.
- Teach the students to work together to reach a common objective.
- Be prepared for parents' visits to discuss their child's progress.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
