Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Flexographic Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality packaging and print materials. Your expertise in print production, color management, and quality control will ensure that each project meets our rigorous standards. Duties
- Set up and operate flexographic printing presses, ensuring proper registration, color accuracy, and print quality.
- Prepare press equipment by adjusting rollers, inks, and substrates according to job specifications.
- Monitor production runs closely, making real-time adjustments to maintain consistent quality throughout the print process.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press machinery.
- Conduct quality control inspections at various stages of production to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain records of production parameters, material usage, and quality checks for each job.
- Operate forklifts safely for material handling and inventory management within the manufacturing area.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all manufacturing standards during operation.
Experience
- Proven experience operating flexographic printing presses in a manufacturing or print shop environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot press issues quickly and perform routine maintenance efficiently.
- Prior exposure to quality control procedures within a manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
- Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment preferred.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
