Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, appliances, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen machinery, construction experience a plus. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment to ensure continuous operation.
- Conduct appliance repair, including major appliances and specialized kitchen machinery.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
- Maintain HVAC & appliance technology by updating service records and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or equipment delivery as needed.
- Assist with construction projects or upgrades related to mechanical systems or facility infrastructure.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with team members and clients about maintenance needs and solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair.
- Knowledge of schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, HVAC system repair, air conditioning units, and refrigeration technology.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems efficiently.
- Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices across various equipment types.
- Skilled in appliance installation and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Construction experience or familiarity with building infrastructure is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate company vehicles safely.
- Strong customer service skills combined with leadership qualities to support team collaboration and problem-solving efforts.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
