We are seeking a dynamic Human Capital Administrator to join our team and drive our human capital initiatives. Duties
Assists in human capital processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and performance evaluations
Administer employee benefits programs and assist in benefits administration
Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements
Support change management initiatives
Manage HRIS platforms
Assist in facilitating employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting training & development sessions, and supporting employee engagement efforts
Experience
Experience in human capital administrative roles within HR environments
Strong knowledge of employment law, workers' compensation procedures, and OSHA standards
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms
Demonstrated ability to manage projects related to talent acquisition, succession planning, and organization design
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
