Duties
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, dealerships.
- Engage in active negotiation to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions that maximize sales potential
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and deal progress using CRM software
- Support high-end automotive sales efforts through upselling additional services or vehicle features to existing customers
- Conduct effective cold calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer interactions at all times
- Collaborate with sales teams to assist in inventory management, deal closing, and customer service excellence
Skills
- Bilingual: English--Spanish
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or automotive industry sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently and confidently
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and administrative tasks seamlessly
- Outstanding communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette
- Experience in dealership or retail sales environments is a plus
- Knowledge of automotive inventory management, retail math, and inventory control techniques
- Ability to perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling with persistence and professionalism
- Customer relationship management expertise combined with a passion for delivering exceptional service
