About the role
As a CBREMaintenance Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety ofbasic custodial, building, and other maintenance duties. This job ispart of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They areresponsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs onequipment and systems.
What you’lldo
Develop skills to perform basic preventative andreactive maintenance.
Follow a set procedure in the performance ofrepetitive tasks or job activities.
Complete paperwork for property damage,equipment malfunctions, and unusual activities.
Assist with monitoring the supply, equipmentusage, and record inventory needs.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforwardproblems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Impact through clearly defined duties, methods,and tasks are described in detail.
Deliver own output by following definedprocedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What you’llneed
Applicants must be currently authorized to workin the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in thefuture.
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years ofjob-related experience.
Ability to follow basic work routines andstandards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforwardinformation.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitivemindset.
