Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between guests and hotel operations during the overnight shift. This energetic role combines guest relations, front desk management, and administrative duties to ensure a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining the safety and security of the property. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing hotel records, and supporting overall hotel management functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and operational excellence.
Duties
- Welcome and assist guests during late-night hours with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries, ensuring a positive experience through excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, guest requests, and internal communications efficiently
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account reconciliations using OPERA or similar hotel management software
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to uphold hotel emergency procedures and ensure guest safety
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain accurate records for management review
- Respond promptly to guest needs or emergencies, providing support in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
- Collaborate with front desk staff and housekeeping to coordinate guest services and resolve issues swiftly

Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA or comparable platforms is advantageous
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations strategies, and resort experience is beneficial
- Strong phone etiquette skills and experience handling multi-line phone systems are essential
- Prior work in hospitality environments emphasizing guest services, hospitality standards, and hotel management practices will set candidates apart
Pay: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour
