Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Integrity Specialist to join our growing team in a Hybrid-Remote capacity. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data while supporting medical billing operations and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and maintain data accuracy across multiple systems and databases.
- Identify discrepancies, research issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure data integrity.
- Perform audits and quality assurance reviews of data and billing records.
- Verify, update, and process information with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate professionally with clients, providers, insurance carriers, and internal team members regarding data and billing inquiries.
- Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software applications to track, analyze, and report data.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting established deadlines.
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Position Details
Education Required:
- High School Diploma/Equivalency
Pay Range:
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with Auto Insurance billing.
- Knowledge and experience with Workers' Compensation billing and claims processing.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations, payer guidelines, and reimbursement processes.
