Orthopaedic Associates is a fast-paced, 14-physician orthopaedic practice with several locations in Evansville and Newburgh, IN and Henderson, KY. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the maintenance team. The Maintenance department will be responsible for maintaining all six practice locations’ maintenance care and issues. The Maintenance Technician will resolve issues or contact the appropriate company to assist with resolving issues at each facility.
This could be either a part-time, benefits ineligible or full-time, benefits eligible position. We are closed on the six major holidays and full-time employees are eligible for holiday pay and insurance after completing their first 60 days of employment. We also offer a lucrative PTO plan and 401k with a matching component. This position would be expected to work from any of our office locations, depending on facility needs and we pay mileage for any travel between offices during a work day. Hours are generally Monday - Friday, 8am to 4 pm.

Respond to, assist with and resolve maintenance issues for all practice locations

Maintain and upkeep interior and exterior of all practice locations

Perform a variety of skilled duties in one or more of the building trades, such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical, or other recognized crafts for the purpose of maintaining the practice locations

Perform routine inspections and maintain required maintenance logs

Maintain and order equipment and supplies for the maintenance department

Assist with groundskeeping, landscaping, snow and ice removal, and seasonal maintenance projects as assigned

Operate maintenance tools, power equipment, and landscaping tools

Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas

Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with company policies and procedures
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED certificate required. Maintenance experience required.
