Quality First Home Improvements is a referral-based remodeling and restoration carpentry business with over 25 years of experience and steady local work. We specialize in the restoration and renovation of older homes, and we value craftsmanship and pride in the work.
We’re looking to grow our team and are hiring one to two carpenters — someone with the potential to lead a crew, and another with solid tools and a commitment to learning the trade.
Duties
- Perform general construction tasks and develop the skills needed for home renovations, start to finish
- Work independently and/or collaboratively on job sites
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, out of consideration for homeowners and crew
- Represent yourself and the company with professionalism
Requirements
- Mid-level carpentry or construction experience, ideally with older homes
- Reliable, punctual, and able to problem-solve
- Own reliable transportation and standard hand and power tools
