- Keep work areas organized, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies to uphold health standards
- Busing tables and clearing dishes during service to ensure a smooth flow for staff
- Follow food handling safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall food service operations and maintain a positive team environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Basic knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending comfortably
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization

- Willingness to take direction and support various kitchen functions as needed
