What You'll Do:
- Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in real estate transactions.
- Guide clients through every step of the process, from first showing to closing.
- Negotiate contracts in your clients’ best interest.

What You Will Need To Be Successful:
- A current Texas Real Estate License — or be willing to earn one (we'll guide you through the process!).
- Strong communication skills — you listen, connect, and explain with confidence.
- Knowledge of the local market or a desire to learn the market.
