Accounts Payable Associate
The Accounting Associate is responsible for processing accounts payable, company credit card transactions and reconcile and audit daily location deposit, sales, and payment transactions for multiple companies.

This is a Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. schedule with some flexibility on start and end times. Hybrid option (2 days remote) after training period.

Do you have?

Associate degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- Entry level to 2 years of experience in Accounting/Finance with prior accounts payable experience desired.

Knowledge of Word, Office 365 and proficiency with Excel a must.
- Proven ability to work in a deadline driven, detail oriented position.
