Job Title: Roofing Order Builder
Reports to: Logistics Manager
Location: Headquarters 36 Cave Drive Eldon, MO 65026
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p

Right now, we’re looking for a Roofing Order Builder to join our crew. If you are detailed and organized, know your way around a scope of work, and thrive behind the scenes keeping everything on track, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Order Building
- Build accurate and complete work orders from insurance paperwork and signed contracts
- Review scopes and job specs while spotting potential issues on paperwork
- Ensure all trades, line items, and supplemental tasks are accounted for before scheduling
- Building Code Compliance / Carrier Coverage
- Review each work order for applicable local building code requirements
- Apply required code upgrades or notations to ensure legal and quality compliance
- Ensure that carriers provide coverage for contracted items.
- Material Coordination
- Generate material orders that align with job scopes and timelines
- Verify measurements, confirm product selections, and coordinate with suppliers, sales team, and project managers before delivery
- Flag and resolve product availability or substitution issues proactively while keeping everyone informed
What You Bring to the Table: Experience in roofing, construction, or insurance restoration will be considered a great asset. Laser-sharp attention to detail and organization skills. Comfortable reading scopes and collaborating across departments. Familiarity with Xactimate, Acculynx, or material ordering platforms? Even better Adaptable, team-oriented, and cool under pressure with a go-getter attitude and driven to learn, grow, and level up.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hr (Subject to change based on performance and tenure)
401(k) Match Program: Eligible for participation in the company’s 401(k) program with a matching contribution (Employer matches 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 5% of deferrals) after 180 days of employment.
Health/Vision/Dental Insurance: Comprehensive health insurance coverage (50%of employee cost paid by Midwest Roofing) after 90 days of employment.
Paid Time Off (PTO): 2 weeks of PTO after 1 year of employment
