Position Overview
The Licensed Psychologist / Licensed Psychotherapist provides high-quality therapeutic services within a structured, collaborative clinical environment. This role focuses on delivering consistent, evidence-based care while contributing to clinical quality, ethical practice, and a strong learning culture within the organization.
Licensed Psychologists and therapists may also support the supervision, training, and professional development of pre-licensed clinicians. This role may combine direct clinical work with clinical leadership responsibilities depending on licensure and experience.
We are seeking clinicians who are clinically skilled, collaborative, and committed to maintaining high standards of care while contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Services
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy; treatment modalities may include CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, psychodynamic, or other evidence-based approaches
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations as clinically appropriate
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment interventions as clinically indicated
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to support coordinated care
Supervision & Training
- Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians, including Psychological Associates, AMFTs, and ACSWs, in compliance with California Board of Psychology and BBS regulations
- Actively train, mentor, and support associates through case consultation, skills development, and ethical guidance
- Participate in onboarding and ongoing training initiatives for clinical staff
- Model professional standards, sound clinical judgment, and ethical decision-making
Compliance & Professional Practice
- Adhere to APA ethical standards (as applicable), California and/or Hawaii licensing laws, HIPAA, and organizational policies
- Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and peer collaboration
- Maintain active licensure, required continuing education, and professional liability coverage
- Uphold confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical responsibilities at all times
Administrative & Practice Support
- Meet established documentation, quality, and productivity expectations
- Communicate professionally and clearly with clients, colleagues, and leadership
- Support practice initiatives, outreach efforts, and special projects as needed
- Performance is evaluated based on clinical quality, documentation compliance, supervisory effectiveness (where applicable), and professional conduct
Qualifications
Required
- Active and unrestricted license in California and/or Hawaii:
- Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.), OR
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), OR
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Degree from an accredited program aligned with licensure
- Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
Additional Requirement:
- Eligibility and willingness to provide clinical supervision and training under applicable state regulations
Preferred
- Prior experience supervising or training pre-licensed clinicians
- Experience in private practice, outpatient behavioral health, or integrated care settings
- Training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or psychodynamic approaches
- Familiarity with insurance-based clinical environments
- Rendering in-person services
Compensation & Schedule
Clinical Hour Rates:
- Licensed Psychologist: $90 – $95 per hour
- LCSW / LMFT: $70 – $80 per hour
- Supervision: $150 per hour

Work Environment
This position works closely with our clinical and administrative teams. Services may be provided in-office, via telehealth, or in a hybrid format depending on role requirements and licensure.
