Academic Program Consultant (Sales Representative)

Overview:
We operate in the education sector, specifically helping military service members both active duty and retired in exploring career pathways available through our partner referral network. Duties:
As an Academic Program Consultant you will:
- Client Outreach (Outbound Dials): Contact prospective students through outbound calls, texts and attend scheduled appointments with qualified prospects.
- Partner Discovery: Explain our partner schools’ training and certification programs and identify each prospect’s career goals, needs, eligibility, and level of commitment.
- CRM Management: Consistently follow up with leads and manage an active sales pipeline in our CRM.
- KPIs: Meet individual enrollment, activity, and revenue goals
- Training: Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and team meeting
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of sales experience
- Experience with high-ticket, consultative, education, or enrollment sales
- Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience making outbound dials (100+ /day)
- CRM experience
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace
