WE ARE URGENTLY SEEKING PASSIONATE AND CARING Direct Care Staff to assist in daily operations and supervision of youth, ages 9 to 17, in our 24 hour Residential Treatment Center. This position requires passion, flexibility, structure, and TLC.
Prefer 1 year experience working in Residential Treatment Center or Psychiatric Hospital settings.
Must pass a background check and urine drug screen. Will require professional references.
Essential Functions:
- Monitoring and Supervision 24/hours
- Provide basic needs to youth upon arrival to the program (to include but not limited to: meal, clothing, hygiene products, shower and bedroom assignment).
- Develop positive rapport with youth while serving as a role model to create a safe and caring environment.
- Must exhibit a strong presence at all times, being firm but fair.
- Must ensure all forms and progress notes are properly completed to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
- Must follow all State mandated policies and Inspirational Hope House procedures.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
