While our usual operational stomping ground is the Las Vegas metro area, we’re spotted in Laughlin, Mesquite, and other surrounding areas including California, Utah, and sometimes beyond.. JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re on the hunt for a bold, people-loving Account Executive who thrives on making connections and chasing new business. If you’re not afraid of cold calls or our ringing phone, and you get a rush from turning “nice to meet you” into “let’s do business”, this role is for you.
Your mission: grow and maintain a strong client portfolio by building relationships, turning requests into quotes FAST, closing deals, and keeping customers so impressed they send their friends our way. You’ll be the connector between clients and our internal team, making sure everything runs smoothly from the initial call to soliciting client feedback prior to postcon.
This is a full time position with some weekend work possible. It is not a 9-5, if a client needs a quote after hours, we need to be available.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A strong understanding of the AV Industry is required, specifically working directly with audio visual equipment in Concerts, General Sessions, Breakout Rooms, Live Events, Special Events from 500 - 50,000 attendees.
- You either know how to work with touring bands and read their riders or we will teach you.
- Beneficial to possess a technical working knowledge of equipment including Consoles, Line Arrays, Lighting Fixtures, Broadcast Cameras, Mobile Stages, and more. Again, if you don’t know… you will learn.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to work across a range of budgets and close the sale.
- Team-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including professional writing, business tools, and clear written/phone communication and electronic note taking.
- Superior customer service skills for both internal and external clients.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills; able to work effectively with diverse groups.
DESIRED COMPUTER SKILLS
- Standard team tools include: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoho CRM & Gmail
- Knowledge of the following tools is a plus

Pay: $69,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
