As we expand our plumbing division, we are seeking an experienced North Carolina licensed plumber who wants to build a long-term career and play an important role in developing an exceptional plumbing department.

North Carolina licensed plumbers will receive priority consideration.
Position Summary
The Licensed Plumber/Plumbing Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and installing plumbing systems while providing an exceptional customer experience.
The successful candidate must be able to work independently, troubleshoot plumbing problems, communicate professionally with customers, and consistently provide high-quality workmanship.
We are especially interested in a licensed plumber with leadership ability who can assist other technicians, support field operations, and help build and strengthen our plumbing department in Durham.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential, multi-family, and commercial plumbing systems
- Perform plumbing service, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Install and repair water heaters, drains, faucets, fixtures, valves, and piping systems
- Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes and professional standards
- Clearly explain findings, repair options, and recommendations to customers
- Provide technical guidance and field support to other plumbing technicians when needed
- Complete digital work orders, photographs, and job documentation accurately
- Participate in an after-hours and on-call rotation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who wants to join our team and help us build an exceptional plumbing department in the Durham area. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, professionalism, and leadership potential to support the continued growth of our team.
- Current North Carolina plumbing license strongly preferred
- P-I or P-II plumbing license is highly desirable
- Plumbing service experience required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with residential, multi-family, and commercial plumbing systems
- Thorough understanding of plumbing codes and proper installation practices
- Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions
- Leadership experience or an interest in advancing into a leadership position
- Ability to assist and guide less-experienced plumbing technicians
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Personal hand tools required
- Ability to use tablets, smartphones, and digital work-order systems
Experienced non-licensed plumbers may also be considered; however, licensed candidates will be given priority.
