Lounge It Up is one of New Jersey's premier event décor and production companies, transforming venues for weddings, corporate events, galas, and celebrations throughout the region.
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position plays an essential role in keeping our warehouse organized, maintaining inventory, preparing equipment for events, and ensuring every event leaves our warehouse accurately and on time.

What You'll Do
- Prepare décor, equipment, furniture, lighting, and event materials for upcoming events
- Pull, stage, and return inventory accurately
- Load and unload company vehicles
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain clean storage areas
- Inspect equipment before and after events
- Assist with receiving deliveries and putting away inventory
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse
- Help identify damaged or missing inventory
- Work closely with warehouse leadership to improve organization and efficiency
What We're Looking For

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and working in a warehouse environment
- Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
- Valid driver's license is a plus

- Logistics or shipping/receiving
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional overtime during busy seasons
Additional hours are available through weekend event installations (primarily September through June). Many of our warehouse team members choose to work events for additional hours while gaining valuable event production experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

- How many years of warehouse, event production, moving, logistics, or similar hands-on experience do you have?
- Are you able to reliably commute to Fairfield, NJ for your scheduled shifts?
- Are you able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation?

- Are you available to work a full-time weekday schedule?
