We are seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager to manage and expand of our BPS Services based in the USA.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and Manage Customer relationships at the Director, VP, and CXO level.
- Accountable for targets of Revenue growth, Order booking, Operating margin, and Customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with different service practices/horizontals within the organization to drive solutions contextual to the customer.
- Sales management through rigor in review of Pipeline and performance against plan on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Delivery management through scheduled engagement reviews between Customer(s) and Delivery leaders.
- Pipeline creation through proactive thought papers, PoVs aligning to the industry trends.
- Drive demand generation strategy and execution.
- Conduct workshops with clients to create demand and understand their requirements and propose suitable offerings.
- Interact with PMO teams and maintain smoother flow of contracts, and on time invoices and payments.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 13 years of experience in a client facing role or account leadership role related to BPO and Related services.
- Experience in Global Service Delivery Model.
- Strong Insurance Domain Experience or Credentials.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments
Salary Range: $126,700-$171,400 a year
