The House Program Manager is a key individual responsible for providing support to homeless individuals and families; over-seeing the proper preparation and maintenance of required documentation and records, as well as creating the monthly Resident Counselor schedule to ensure coverage and perform on-call duties. Provide close coordination with other services and agencies. Because of the nature of this Agency, it is essential that the House Program Manager believe in the philosophy of the Agency as well as be able to develop a professional rapport with Shelter staff and clients.
