You're going to turn HubSpot into the operating system for our entire commercial organization: Sales, Marketing, Flight Club, Charter, and Aircraft Management, all running through one clean, automated, intelligent CRM. You'll design the architecture, build the automations, connect the systems, and put real numbers in front of leadership — not vanity metrics, but the pipeline, conversion, and attribution data that actually drives decisions.
You'll work directly with our executive team and across every commercial function in the company. When you see something broken, you'll have the authority to fix it and the audience to explain why it mattered. And because we're serious about AI as a working tool — not a buzzword — you'll help bring ChatGPT, Claude, and HubSpot AI into daily workflows across the organization.
