1. Position Details
- Position: Receptionist & Sales Associate
- Location: 158 N University Dr, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024
- Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Compensation:
- Hourly rate for the first month (including paid training)
- From the second month: hourly rate + commission based on performance
2. Job Requirements
- Fluent in English (Spanish will be an advantage).
- Veterinary experience or prior work with animals (vet clinic, pet store, breeder, shelter) is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills (previous experience preferred but not required).
- Must have own reliable transportation (buses, rides from friends, Uber/Lyft are not acceptable).
- Responsibilities include transporting kittens to vet appointments, fly nanny drop-offs, and pickups, so a reliable personal vehicle is required.
- Comfortable working with kittens and learning about feline care.
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
3. Job Responsibilities
Reception & Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers.
- Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments.
- Provide information about our kittens and services.
Kitten Care Assistance
- Assist with feeding and monitoring kittens’ well-being.
Facility Maintenance
- Work as a team to ensuring a clean and welcoming space (no deep cleaning required; we have a dedicated cleaning staff).
Sales & Customer Education
- Help customers find their perfect kitten by providing accurate breed and care information.
Content Creation Support
- Capture and share photos/videos of daily activities for our content creator.
Problem-Solving & Proactivity
- Handle unexpected situations (e.g., newly arrived kittens adjusting to their space) with patience and professionalism.
Professional Appearance
- Casual dress code, but no sandals or flip-flops allowed.
- A custom-made shirt will be provided as part of the uniform.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,300.00 per month
