Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Home Care Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified caregivers, home health aides to support our clients' in-home care needs. The recruiter will work closely with the HR and operations teams to ensure staffing levels meet client demands and uphold our high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for home care positions.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain a pipeline of caregivers and clinicians to ensure timely staffing of client needs.
- Conduct background checks, credential verifications, and reference checks in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and care coordinators to understand current and future staffing requirements.
- Attend job fairs, career events, and community outreach programs to promote the company and attract talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and personnel files.
- Ensure all hires meet state licensure, certification, and training requirements.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Monitor retention and turnover metrics and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in healthcare or home care recruiting highly desirable.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA, state licensing requirements).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual a plus (Russian/Ukranian/Lithuanian/Polish).
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Office-based with occasional travel to hiring events, training sessions, and client sites.
- May require sitting or standing for extended periods.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
