Baby Trend is seeking a talented and experienced Associate Studio Videographer & Photographer to join our creative team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality photography and video content showcasing Baby Trend products across marketing, digital, e-commerce, and promotional platforms.

- On-Site Contract Position: This is a 40-hour-per-week, on-site contract role requiring employees to work in person five days per week. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the work location.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of professional photography and videography experience, with a strong background in studio and product photography. Candidates should have expert knowledge of DSLR cameras, preferably Canon, professional studio lighting equipment, and post-production workflows.
This position works closely with our in-house Producer and creative team throughout the production process—from planning and capturing content to editing, retouching, organizing, and delivering production-ready assets. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, dependable, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Photograph and film Baby Trend products in both studio and outdoor environments.
- Produce high-quality product, lifestyle, marketing, and promotional photography and video content.
- Set up and operate professional DSLR cameras, studio lighting, and related production equipment.
- Edit, retouch, color-correct, and enhance photography to meet production-quality standards.
- Edit and prepare professional video content for digital, marketing, e-commerce, and promotional use.
- Work closely with the in-house Producer and creative team to execute creative concepts and production requirements.
- Prepare and deliver production-ready photo and video assets according to established timelines and specifications.
- Organize and maintain digital assets, production files, documentation, and file-management systems.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across creative assets while meeting project deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of creative content.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively within a fast-paced production environment.
Qualifications
- Portfolio Required: Must submit a portfolio demonstrating relevant professional photography and videography work to be considered for the position.
- On-Site Availability: This is an on-site contract position requiring a five-day, 40-hour workweek. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the work location.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional photography and videography experience, preferably within a studio, commercial, product, e-commerce, or advertising environment.
- Expert knowledge of DSLR cameras; Canon experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of professional studio lighting equipment, lighting techniques, and photography setups.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Capture One.
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong photo retouching, color correction, and video editing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
